After
the completion of the E-visa form, your Transaction
Reference Number will be generated. It is strongly
recommend that you print this page out for your own
reference. Then, please download the medical examination
forms, 160EH and 26EH. Please bring these forms to
consult any of the doctors on the Australian Consulate
panel. After the examination, your medical reports
will be forwarded directly to the Australian consulate.
